Membership Agreement for Quilt Seeds Designs On-Line Mysteries.

1.  Membership Period is for the Calendar Year of 2006. 

2.  Purchase of Membership is individual, and for your exclusive personal use only. 

3.  You may print out as many copies of the block patterns as you wish for your personal use.  Photocopying, digitizing ,and all other forms of copying to "share" or distribute the patterns,  whether you profit from it or not,  is prohibited by law.  Thank you for respecting copyright laws.

4. You are responsible for downloading the pdf (portable document format) files to your own computer during the membership term.  You may not transfer the pdf file to any other person or computer, via the internet, email, or otherwise.  To do so is a violation of copyright laws and is prohibited. 

5.  You may enlarge or reduce the size of any Quilt Seeds Designs pattern to suit your personal needs. 

6.  All contests are presented solely as entertainment , and subsequent prizes awarded are at the discretion of Quilt Seeds Designs.   All prizes shall be accepted as awarded.  No Cash Value is attached or implied.

7.  Every effort is made by Quilt Seeds Designs to present accurate patterns & instructions. Designers for Quilt Seeds Designs and guest sponsor Designers cannot be held responsible for  the results by the user in any way,  including but not limited to the  printing & storing of the pattern files, error  in construction, yardage or fabric choices.
