Answers to questions about Quilt Seeds Designs e-patterns for purchase.

• Please tell me about e-patterns? 

They are complete patterns just like the ones you buy that are packaged, except you receive them as a pdf (portable document file) download directly to your computer. 
I've listed some benefits of e-patterns.

• How do I get the file?

1. Click your choice to add to the shopping bag.
2. The Payment is processed.
3. A screen instructs you to start your pattern download.
4. When prompted choose to "Save" the file to your computer, or disk location
   

Choose each pattern you wish to purchase and click on the link that will add it to your pattern shopping bag.  You will be redirected to an order page on 2 Check Out's (the credit card payment gateway) secure site.  It will show the details of the purchase.  If you wish to continue adding patterns then click on the continue shopping button to be returned to Quilt Seeds Designs. 

This depends somewhat on your connections speed, however the files are highly compressed so the downloads are generally quite fast.

• What if something goes wrong with the download?  Is my pattern lost?

No it is not lost.  You will also receive an email with the private link to the download file. This is a backup feature. 

• What if I still have problems?

Direct help is only an email away. There is a contact address which comes directly to me.  I will send a reply as promptly as possible, which is generally within a few hours at most.
